Does the pricing include multiple inboxes?

Yes, every plan, including Free, comes with multiple inboxes and multiple channels, so you can organize support the way your team works.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & American Express).

How does the trial work?

You always start on a fully free account. You can try the paid plan free for 30 days and activate it at any time during the trial.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

Nope! There are no annual contracts. Enchant is billed monthly based on the plan and add-ons you choose, and you can change them at any time.
